Devopment Log Week 15 (Redone level!)

In this update, I made a cool obstacle course with neon lights that took me hours to complete, and the title screen that I had to do! I also forgot to mention that I also made the stage a different color and tried to blend the colors in as much as possible! Some other minor fixes to come!
